Virtual Happy Hour - Lean Portland

Lean Portland is a Benefit LLC committed to developing leadership skills of members and local non-profit organizations through project-based volunteer work that lead to continuous improvement. It has been a formalized professional organization since 2010 with the ultimate goal to teach themselves out of a job by developing people’s capabilities and creating lasting impacts in the larger community.

Lean Portland is a team of independent Lean professionals and practitioners who believe in the power of Lean to transform people and organizations from the inside out. Since 2010, we’ve shared these principles with thousands of individuals by:

• Working directly with non-profit leadership teams to help them implement Lean practices into their cultures.
• Organizing volunteers for Lean improvement projects for non-profit organizations in the Portland area.
• Hosting events and workshops to educate our community about Lean concepts and Lean leadership.
• Providing networking opportunities for all experience levels of Lean professionals.
