About the Event

Titled "From compliance to commitment," this awareness session, led by David Bovis, offers a ground-breaking exploration into the impact of imposed control on the human brain in the workplace. This awareness session is to provide participants a foundation to the BTFA process and a July (date TBD) half day workshop.

The Duxinaroe founders, have personally led successful lean deployments, strategy deployments (Hoshin Kanri) and culture change in mid-market, global corporate and SME environments in automotive, aerospace, defence and various other sectors (contract moulding/fenestration/quarrying etc.). The online program is led by the BTFA designer, David Bovis, and his partner at Duxinaroe, Levent Turk, who is ex president of Toyota (Turkey). Both men have 35years experience in the industry, originally trained as engineers in the 1980's. Both have studied neuroscience for more than 20 years and have applied what they learned; in the businesses they've led. This makes them unique in the world of organizational change and education!

David Bovis is a time-served precision engineer and mould-maker who gained experience in 'WCM/Lean' change environments across Europe for over 30 years. He also holds a Masters in Applied Neuroscience. David became operations director, consultant and advisor, working with regulated professional services companies like Grant Thornton. David established Duxinaroe in 2013 and has worked for over a decade to refine the BTFA product, joining forces with Levent in 2020, to bring it to market as a digital offering.
