About the Event

At the end of the day, the three best known TWI ‘J programs’ are countermeasures to human workplace problems that have been around for a VERY long time. Unless we change dramatically behaviorally (and genetically?) they will continue to be around for a VERY long time.

The J programs are a way of establishing fundamental ‘leadership responses’ that, if you buy the opening paragraph above, must be present in your organization if required results are to be delivered.

This ultimate purpose sometimes gets lost in the ‘roll out’ or missed from the start. So what can we do to help management (and ourselves) keep TWI humanistic?

Join Richard Abercrombie, an experienced manufacturing leader for many years and TWI Institute Master Trainer as he discusses the above with Oscar Roche. (Oscar will pose questions you submit too, time permitting.) At a minimum they will discuss:

• The human problems of the industrial organization and the associated ‘human view’ of TWI.

• Richard’s tips for keeping focus on this ultimate ‘why are we doing this?’
