Digital Technology: When to go digital in your lean journey

Is your organization contemplating the use of digital Ttechnology in your lean journey? Have you ever wondered when is the best time to go digital? If so, please join the AME Cleveland Lean Consortia and the AME Indianapolis Lean Consortia, in a participative virtual live event that focuses on when to go digital in your lean conversion. This event is designed to answer the following questions:

• Is your lean conversion mature enough to handle digital technology?
• Will digital technology lock me into a specific operating system that dictates our flexibility?
• What happens if my lean journey evolves?
• What have others learned when they converted to Digital Technology?

The event starts with a general discussion and presentation of the digital conversion at Steris. Afterwards, we will have a panel of associates that will take part in a facilitated discussion and invite the audience to participate.
