Philip Hansen is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt consultant, kaizen event facilitator and local university instructor. Philip has worked in industry for more than 35 years in research, engineering, operational excellence, project management and quality assurance. Philip gained his lean expertise and vast experience from functional positions and leadership roles at Frito Lay, Nutrilite (an Amway division), Ventura Foods and most recently, MedImpact Healthcare Systems. Philip has instructed in the UCSD Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program for many years with Ric Vander Linden and Tracy O'Rourke. Philip has also done contract instructor work for SDSU. Jerry Wright is the CEO and Principal Consultant of LEANwRIGHT, Inc. With 34 years of industry experience and 25 years of lean transformation work, Jerry knows how to create a lean culture, lead kaizen events as well as coach, train and mentor Lean Leaders and their teams.
